General Contractor– as a manager and possibly also a tradesman we are employed by a client, usually upon the advice of the project’s architect or engineer. As a general contractor we are responsible for the overall coordination of a project.

Project management- is our practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time.

Design Build– is a method of project delivery in which we work under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.
